Ian Nicholls spends the daytime writing music for children’s animation. If you are old enough to be on this site then you probably won't know the recent shows his company, Kick Production, have been responsible for: Rubbadubbers, Tom, Koala Bros and Fimbles.

His appropriate antidote to this used to be reading serial killer novels, until he recently discovered Bluegrass.

Thinking that it would be quite easy to play like Bobby Hicks he retrieved his fiddle from its case where it had hidden for 15 years and quickly realized how wrong he was!!

Still, trying seems to keep him off the streets....
