Andy Metcalfe Andy Metcalfe has been on the music scene in this country for a horribly long time, but only in the last 3 years has his love of bluegrass over taken his desire to make a living. After years of playing with a who's who of British and American musicians: The Soft Boys, Squeeze, Telephone Bill, Peter Rowan, Robyn Hitchcock, Helen Roche, David Gray, Debbie Harry, Nick Harper, Julian Dawson, Glenn Tilbrook... amongst others. Andy is producing bands both here and in the US, and has decided to devote all his spare time to playing fiddle tunes on the guitar in the hopes that one day he too may be nowhere near as good as Tony Rice.
